For custom orders, a deposit is required before design work begins. The remaining balance will be due before your item is completed and shipped.

Deposits are non-refundable once design work has started, as time and resources have already been invested.

Minor changes are welcome during the design process.
Once a design is approved, additional changes may incur a fee.

Custom orders typically take 2–4 weeks depending on the design and workload.
This includes design time, production, and processing. Readymade designs orders take 1- 3 weeks.

Yes! Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Please check the rush order box upon ordering.

Your order will be shipped once completed and fully paid. You’ll receive tracking details once it’s on the way.
